Vive la Différence! is the third album released by Swedish indie-pop/rock act Eggstone, a group once given the title of “the godfathers of Swedish pop”, and whose light pop sound has influenced the likes of fellow Swedish band Cardigans. Listening to the whole LP is like listening to a cool, swayable, tuneful, retro sounding pure pop, you might even think they were made during the 70’s, especially with buoyant tracks like the Head Around and Taramasalata. A very good music record, not just in terms of indie-pop sound, but in general pop-rock genre.
